The Block Party - North

Let’s get this party started! The Block Party is your chance to enjoy great food, meet new friends and learn how to get involved in your new community. We’ll have streams for both new and returning students, so you’ll find information that’s tailored just for you.  

Meet student clubs, learn about the Mentor Match program, and find other exciting ways to become part of campus life. 

There are loads of featured stations to visit, so pick your own adventure! Enjoy a free BBQ, dance to a live DJ, try carnival-style games and join challenges.  

Don’t forget to pick up your welcome kit featuring snacks and two exciting freebies from IGNITE and FYE, while supplies last.  

Register in advance through MyIGNITE and select your preferred campus and event date. Students may attend one Block Party event only. 

Come for the food, stay for the people, and start your semester feeling like you belong!

If you would prefer to stay in the background, please speak to the event organizer or the photographer. We will make every effort to comply with your wishes. Media passes are not available for this event.
